FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
Therapy provides a supportive and confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Sessions are collaborative and focused on helping you better understand your concerns, develop coping skills, and work toward your personal goals. Each person’s therapy experience is unique, and the pace and focus of sessions are guided by your individual needs.
How do I get started?
2
Getting started typically begins with scheduling an intake assessment. During this first session, we will review your background, discuss current concerns, and explore what you hope to gain from therapy. This helps create a plan that supports your goals moving forward.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
3
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. This allows the time to be offered to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a $100 late cancellation fee.
Do I come in the office or attend sessions online?
