Intake Assessment

The intake assessment is an initial session designed to gather important information about your history, current challenges, and therapy goals. This allows us to develop a clear understanding of your needs and create a treatment approach that best supports your wellbeing.

Parent Support Sessions

Parent support sessions help caregivers better understand and respond to their child’s emotional and behavioral needs. These sessions may be offered alongside a child’s therapy to provide guidance, strengthen parenting strategies, and support positive changes at home.

Adolescent/Child Therapy

Child and adolescent therapy offers a safe space for young people to explore their thoughts and emotions while developing skills to manage stress, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. When appropriate, parents may also be involved to help support progress and strengthen communication within the family.
